Rockstar Motors accepts no liability or responsibility for user error, customers could burn clutches, accelerate aggressively, brake harshly, drive in extreme weather conditions, collide with other vehicles, crash into bollards, posts, speed bumps, round abouts etc users could also do donuts in car parks, race on road or track, take the vehicle off-road, go on rallies, long excursions, drive in puddles, streams, rivers, sea, sand, mud, concrete, tarmac or any other detrimental conditions.
All customers are highly recommended and encouraged to pay a third party such as the AA or RAC or independent mechanic to conduct a full report of your new vehicle pre purchase

Deposits provide you with vehicle reservation for 7 days only. Within said time frame you are to pay for your new vehicle in full. Rockstar Motors reserves the right to sell any vehicle you have paid to reserve after 7 days.

Rockstar Motors operates a no deposit refund policy as deposits cover some of the costs to date. Rockstar Motors reserves the right to charge you for any and all subsequent or consequential losses as a result of your negligence

By purchasing a vehicle through Rockstar Motors you accept and understand that you are buying the vehicle outside of the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Purchasing a vehicle through Rockstar Motors you are agreeing that the vehicle is sold to you as described
Rockstar Motors operates no different to an estate agency selling individuals vehicles on their behalves

All vehicles are sold on behalf of individuals utilising the Rockstar Motors car brokerage service. Rockstar Motors pays Handler Protect a leading warranty provider c. £3,000 per month to handle any and all vehicle related matters. Handler Protect is your go to supplier and support provider post sale.

Rockstar Motors is a car broker and does not have mechanical knowledge or expertise. Rockstar is simply a brokerage. Therefore any member of the Rockstar Motors team can only point you in the direction of Handler Protect or the previous owner of the vehicle.

Rockstar Motors does not retain, hold or manage any sums at bank, all proceeds of sale are sent to the owner of the vehicle, platforms, payment providers, warranty companies, marketing and advertising agencies, video producers, photographers, insurance providers and car broker agents. No cash is kept onsite or at bank

Handler Protect is the warranty provider and supplier of coverage for your vehicle. Any and all issues should be raised with Handler Protect. Handler Protect is paid circa £3,000 per month, by Rockstar Motors to support, assist and cover car buyers with their vehicles following the car brokerage service provided by Rockstar Motors

All customers are highly recommended and encouraged to test drive the vehicle pre purchase

Rockstar Motors operates a no refund policy as proceeds of sale are sent to the seller to the seller of the vehicle

All vehicles are inspected by an independent mechanic pre sale as part of the pre delivery inspection report. Rockstar Motors accepts no liability, responsibility or association with any and all reports provided by any professional, association or supplier

Purchasing a vehicle through Rockstar Motors you are agreeing that the vehicle is of a satisfactory condition

Rockstar Motors is a car brokerage not a car dealership. Rockstar Motors sells individuals cars on their behalf no different to an estate agency

All payments are to be bank transferred into the Rockstar Motors bank account

Rockstar Motors does not accept credit card payments, however, customers often withdraw cash using their credit card in order to pay Rockstar Motors
